A studio, not an agency and not a SaaS.
kvz builds back-office automation for businesses and hands it over, running. We are not an agency reselling a team you never meet, and we are not a product you rent and bend your work around. We take one process that eats your team's time, build a system that does it, install it in your environment, and leave you owning it.
Because it is one person end to end, nothing is lost in translation between the salesperson, the designer and the developer — they are the same person. That is the point of working with a studio this size.

Most back-office work is both.
The work that costs your team time is rarely only a software problem or only a data problem. Reading invoices, reconciling statements, building reports — each one is software that moves data and data that needs to be read correctly. kvz handles both sides, so you are not stitching a developer to a spreadsheet consultant and hoping they agree.
Automation is the core. Data pipelines and, where rules genuinely fall short, document-reading sit alongside it — used where they earn their place, not as a badge.

Where we are.
Tbilisi, working across time zones.
We are based at the Merani Business Center on Shota Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, Georgia, and work with teams across Europe, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Working hours run on Georgia time (GMT+4), which overlaps a full working day with Europe and the Gulf.
We work in English today. Russian and Georgian are coming.

kvz is a new studio, but the person building your system is not new to the work — twenty-four years of it. We would rather you judge us on what you can see than on claims backed by a wall of logos. On a scoping call we will walk a process end to end on real-looking data, give you a fixed scope and price, and tell you honestly if something is not worth automating. You can start with one process and decide about the rest afterwards.
